Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA person is disqualified from being appointed as the registrar if the person——
(a) has a recorded conviction, other than a spent conviction, for an indictable offence; or
(b) is, or has been, convicted of an offence against this Act; or
(c) is an insolvent under administration; or
(d) is not able to manage a corporation because of the Corporations Act , part 2D .6; or
(e) is a member of the board within the meaning of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 ; or
(f) is a person engaged by the commission under a contract to provide advice or a particular service.
