56A Application of Trust Accounts Act 1973 and Trusts Act 1973
The Trust Accounts Act 1973 and the Trusts Act 1973 do not apply to—
(a) a
project trust or retention trust; or
(b) a trust account; or
(c) a trustee
or beneficiary of a project trust or retention trust.
