9 Meaning of contract price

(1) The
"contract price" , for a contract, means the amount the contracted party is entitled to be paid under the contract or, if the amount can not be accurately calculated, the reasonable estimate of the amount the contracted party is entitled to be paid under the contract.

(2) In working out the amount under subsection (1) , an amount for GST is not to be included.
