"building" means any house, grand stand, booth, stable, shed, or other
building, structure, or erection of any description suitable for the purposes
of a showground.
"showground" means the land comprised in the beforementioned deed of grant.
"trustees" means and includes the said Ernest Thomas Bell, John England, and
William Farley, and their duly appointed successors in office for the time
being.
