BUILDING UNITS AND GROUP TITLES ACT 1980 - SECT 121A

121A Limited right of action by body corporate

(1) A body corporate shall not institute proceedings against any person other than a proprietor without first obtaining the approval therefor of the body corporate by special resolution.

(2) This section does not apply to an application by a body corporate under section 72 for an order under part 5 , division 3 .
