(b) intimidate or harass, or threaten to intimidate or harass, any person; or
(c) do an act that is, or is likely to be, to the detriment of any person;because the person mentioned in paragraph (a) , (b) or (c) , or someone else, gave evidence to, or helped, the commission in the performance of its functions.
