238J Former chairperson entitled to other pension

A pension is not payable, or stops being payable, under the Judges Pensions Act in relation to a former chairperson in the capacity of a former chairperson if a pension is payable under that Act in relation to the former chairperson in the capacity of—

(a) a judge; or

(b) a member of the Land Court, the industrial court, or the industrial commission.
