CHARITABLE AND NON-PROFIT GAMING ACT 1999 - SECT 162

162 Appointments and authority

It is not necessary to prove—

(a) the chief executive’s appointment; or

(b) an inspector’s appointment; or

(c) the authority of the chief executive or an inspector to do anything under this Act.
