CHARITABLE AND NON-PROFIT GAMING ACT 1999 - SECT 33

33 Period of approval

An approval remains in force—

(a) if a period is stated in the notice under section 32 (2) —for the stated period; or

(b) if no period is stated in the notice—until the approval is withdrawn.
