CHARITABLE AND NON-PROFIT GAMING ACT 1999 - SECT 61

61 Consideration of representations

The chief executive must consider all written representations (the
"accepted representations" ) made during the show cause period by—

(a) the licensee; or

(b) an interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice is given.
