Evidence that business of prostitution is being carried on
229M Evidence that business of prostitution is being carried on
(1) The fact that a business of prostitution is being carried on may be
inferred from employment records, business records, telephone records,
advertisements and other relevant factors and circumstances.
(2) However,
evidence of condoms and other material for safe sex practices is not
admissible against a defendant.
