Conducting or playing unlawful games
234 Conducting or playing unlawful games
(1) A person who conducts an unlawful game commits an offence. Penalty—
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(2) A person who plays an unlawful
game commits an offence. Penalty— Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
