Accessories after the fact to offences
544 Accessories after the fact to offences
(1) If a person becomes an accessory after the fact to a crime, the person
commits a crime.
(2) If a person becomes an accessory after the fact to a
misdemeanour, the person commits a misdemeanour.
(3) If a person becomes an
accessory after the fact to a simple offence, the person commits a simple
offence.
