Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsAny documents, exhibits, or other things connected with any proceedings before a court of trial, in respect of which any person is entitled or may be authorised to appeal, shall be kept in the custody of the court of trial for such time as may be prescribed, subject to such power as may be prescribed for the conditional release of any such documents, exhibits, or other things from that custody.
