Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThis Code, as amended by the Criminal Law (Child Exploitation and Dangerous Drugs) Amendment Act 2013, section 26, applies to an indictment against a person for an offence against section 228A, 228B, 228C or 228D whether the act or omission constituting the offence happened before, on or after the commencement of this section.
