Proceedings for offences against s 229B
748 Proceedings for offences against s 229B
(1) This section applies in relation to an offence committed by a person
against section 229B as applied under section 746 or 747.
(2) A proceeding
for the offence may be started, and the person may be convicted of and
punished for the offence, as if section 229B had always applied in the way
provided for under section 746 or 747.
(3) This section applies despite
section 11 and the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20C.
