16 Inspector’s functions

An inspector’s functions are—

(a) to monitor compliance with this Act; and

(b) to investigate and, when necessary, take action to deal with alleged contraventions of this Act; and

(c) to inform children, parents and employers of their rights and obligations under this Act.
