CIVIL LIABILITY ACT 2003 - SECT 33L

33L Assets available to satisfy liability of current office holder

(1) This section applies if, under section 33G (3) , a current office holder has a liability under a judgment in, or settlement of, an abuse claim.

(2) The current office holder is not personally liable but may satisfy the liability out of the assets of the institution and the assets of an associated trust of the institution.
