COAL MINING SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT 1999 - SECT 145

145 Tampering with things subject to seizure

If an officer restricts access to a thing seized, a person must not tamper, or attempt to tamper, with the thing, or something restricting access to the thing, without an officer’s approval.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
