COAL MINING SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT 1999 - SECT 174B

174B Authorised official must keep record of inspection of coal mine

(1) This section applies if an authorised official inspects a coal mine under this Act.

(2) The authorised official must—

(a) make a written report about the inspection; and

(b) give a copy of the report to the coal mine operator, and site senior executive, for the coal mine.
