COAL MINING SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT 1999 - SECT 243

243 Who may appeal

A person whose interests are affected by the following may appeal to the Industrial Court—

(a) a decision of the chief inspector under section 149 (3) (a) to retain a seized thing;

(b) a directive given by the chief inspector;

(c) a review decision of the chief inspector under part 9 , division 5 , subdivision 8 .
