16 Application of various provisions of Corporations Act—offences by officers of co-operatives

For the following provisions of the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland) , 1 July 2001 is specified—

(a) section 201 (b) ;

(b) section 444 (3) (k) ;

(c) section 451 (1) (f) .
