41 Dealings with cooperatives before commencement

Part 3, division 3 of the repealed Act continues to apply in relation to a person’s dealings with a cooperative, or dealings with a person who has, or purports to have, directly or indirectly acquired title to property from a cooperative, if the dealings happened before the commencement.
