151 What this chapter is about

(1) This chapter contains provisions about—

(a) persons who are elected or appointed to perform responsibilities under this Act; and

(b) bodies that perform responsibilities under this Act.

(2) For example, this chapter contains provisions about—

(a) qualifications for election or appointment; and

(b) acting appointments; and

(c) conditions of appointment; and

(d) ending appointments.
