Penalty—Maximum penalty—(a) in the case of a restricted publication—50 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 months; or(b) in the case of an RC publication (other than a child abuse publication)—300 penalty units or imprisonment for 1 year; or(c) in the case of a child abuse publication—600 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
