Penalty—Maximum penalty—(a) in the case of a restricted publication—25 penalty units or imprisonment for 1 month; or(b) in the case of an RC publication (other than a child abuse publication)—150 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months; or(c) in the case of a child abuse publication—300 penalty units or imprisonment for 1 year.
