Continuation of Legislative Assembly despite end of Sovereign’s reign
17 Continuation of Legislative Assembly despite end of Sovereign’s reign
If the Sovereign’s reign ends, the Legislative Assembly, as constituted
immediately before the end of the reign, continues in existence, subject to
dissolution by the Governor, for as long as it would have continued if the
Sovereign’s reign had not ended.
