CONSTITUTION OF QUEENSLAND 2001 - SECT 42

42 Cabinet

(1) There must be a Cabinet consisting of the Premier and a number of other Ministers appointed under section 43 .

(2) The Cabinet is collectively responsible to the Parliament.
