CONSTITUTION OF QUEENSLAND 2001 - SECT 66
Payment from consolidated fund
66 Payment from consolidated fund
(1) The payment of an amount from the consolidated fund must be authorised
under an Act.
(2) Further, the Act authorising the payment must specify the
purpose for which the payment is made.
(3) This section does not apply in
relation to the costs, charges and expenses relating to the collection and
management of the consolidated fund.
