CHILD PROTECTION ACT 1999 - SECT 141E

141E Personal history change—approved carer

If there is a change in an approved carer’s personal history, the approved carer must immediately notify the chief executive, in the approved form, that the change has happened.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
