Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA child protection order in force under this Act may be transferred to a participating State under this part, unless the order is—
(a) an interim order under section 67 ; or
(b) a long-term guardianship order granting long-term guardianship of a child to someone other than the chief executive; or
(c) a permanent care order.
