Chief executive’s consent to transfer
221 Chief executive’s consent to transfer
(1) The order may not be transferred to Queensland unless the chief executive
gives written consent to the transfer and to the provisions of the order.
(2)
The chief executive must give the required consent, if asked by the interstate
officer for the participating State, unless the chief executive is
satisfied— (a) the order includes a provision that may not be included in an
order made under chapter 2 , part 4 ; or
(b) the transfer or the provisions
of the order would not be in the child’s best interests.
