CHILD PROTECTION ACT 1999 - SECT 80B
Making a complaint
80B Making a complaint
(1) This section applies if a child or a member of the child’s family
honestly and reasonably believes a permanent guardian of the child is not
complying with the guardian’s obligations under section 79A .
(2) The
person may make a complaint about the non-compliance to the chief executive.
(3) A complaint may be made for the person by another person acting with the
first person’s consent.
