CIVIL PROCEEDINGS ACT 2011 - SECT 12

12 Order to appoint receiver

(1) This section applies to the Supreme Court only.

(2) The court may, at any stage of a proceeding, make an interlocutory order appointing a receiver if it considers it just or convenient.
