CIVIL PROCEEDINGS ACT 2011 - SECT 26
Transfer by District Court—general
26 Transfer by District Court—general
(1) The District Court may order that a proceeding pending in a Magistrates
Court be transferred to the District Court.
(2) The District Court may order
that a proceeding pending in the District Court for which a Magistrates Court
has jurisdiction be transferred to a Magistrates Court.
