CIVIL PROCEEDINGS ACT 2011 - SECT 35

35 Resolution agreement

(1) If, at a relevant conference, the parties agree on a resolution of their dispute or part of it, the agreement must be written down and signed by or for each party.

(2) The agreement has effect as a compromise.
