CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS ACT 2011 - SECT 13
When civil partnership has effect
13 When civil partnership has effect
(1) A civil partnership entered into as mentioned in section 6 (a) has effect
when the registrar registers the relationship under section 9 (1) (a) .
(2) A
civil partnership entered into as mentioned in section 6 (b) has effect on the
day stated by the registrar under section 12 (3) .
