COASTAL PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 125

125 Appointment of authorised persons

The chief executive may appoint any of the following persons as authorised persons—

(a) officers of the public service;

(b) employees of the department;

(c) other persons of a class prescribed under a regulation.
