COMPETITION POLICY REFORM (QUEENSLAND) ACT 1996 - SECT 29

29 Definition

In this division—

"Commonwealth administrative laws" means—

(a) the following Acts—

(i) the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (Cwlth) , excluding part 7 ;

(ii) the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cwlth) ;

(iii) the Ombudsman Act 1976 (Cwlth) ;

(iv) the Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth) ; and

(b) the regulations in force under those Acts.
