CENTRAL QUEENSLAND COAL ASSOCIATES AGREEMENT AND QUEENSLAND COAL TRUST ACT 1984 - SECT 6
Executed agreement to have the force of law
6 Executed agreement to have the force of law
(1) Upon the making of the agreement the provisions thereof shall have the
force of law as if they were an enactment of this Act.
(2) The date of the
making of the agreement shall be notified by proclamation.
