Undertaking about other matter

129 Undertaking about other matter

Without limiting section 128 , the chief executive may accept an undertaking given by a person about anything for which the chief executive or an inspector has a function or power.

Example of type of undertaking for this section—
an undertaking to publish corrective advertising
