DEBT COLLECTORS (FIELD AGENTS AND COLLECTION AGENTS) ACT 2014 - SECT 31
Acting as subagent
(1) A person must not act as a subagent unless the person is registered as a
subagent. Penalty— Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(2) In this
section—
"act as a subagent" , for a person, includes hold out that the person is a
subagent.
