DEBT COLLECTORS (FIELD AGENTS AND COLLECTION AGENTS) ACT 2014 - SECT 56
Licence taken to be in force while application for renewal is considered
56 Licence taken to be in force while application for renewal is considered
If an application is made under section 54 , the field agent’s licence is
taken to continue in force from the day that it would, apart from this
section, have expired until the application is decided under section 55 or
withdrawn.
