Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsProceedings wherein a person gives or is required to give any testimony (either orally or in writing) pursuant to an order under section 37 shall be a judicial proceeding for the purposes of the Criminal Code , chapter 16 whether or not the testimony is given or required to be given on oath or under any other sanction authorised by law.
