ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 526
Land Court mediation
526 Land Court mediation
(1) Any party to the appeal may, at any time before the appeal is decided, ask
the Land Court to conduct or provide mediation for the appeal.
(2) The
mediation must be conducted by the Land Court or a mediator chosen by the Land
Court.
