59A Lapsing of EIS assessment report
(1) An EIS assessment report for a project lapses— (a) on the day that is 3
years after the day the chief executive gives the proponent the EIS assessment

(2) However, if the
proponent applies for an environmental authority before the EIS assessment
report lapses under subsection (1) , the report does not lapse until— (a) if
