Existing application for disclosure exemption
673 Existing application for disclosure exemption
(1) This section applies to an application for a disclosure exemption made
under section 564 of the unamended Act before the commencement that has not
been decided at the commencement.
(2) At the commencement, the application is
taken to have been withdrawn.
