EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 175C
Mature age State school’s principal may give information to police commissioner
175C Mature age State school’s principal may give information to police
commissioner
(1) A mature age State school’s principal may, for this chapter, give the
police commissioner— (a) information about whether a person is a relevant
mature age student of the mature age State school; and
(b) the name of the
person and other identifying information about the person, including the
person’s date and place of birth and any alias.
(2) Information given to
the police commissioner under subsection (1) must only be used for this
chapter.
