Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSection 176 (1) (b) does not apply to a child who is prevented from attending school because the child is, or is a member of a class of persons that is, subject to a direction given, or declaration, order or requirement made, under an Act or other law about an infectious or contagious disease or condition.
