EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 213
Decision
213 Decision
(1) The chief executive must consider an application for the
registration of a child for home education and decide whether the chief
executive is satisfied the standard conditions of registration will be
complied with.
(2) If the chief executive is satisfied the standard
conditions of registration will be complied with, the chief executive must
decide to register the child for home education.
